CAPE LABS GHK-Cu 50 mg · lyophilised

Inside every vial, a peptide.

Built from amino acids.

Each one has an amino group, a carboxyl group and a side chain (R) that makes it unique.

Linked by peptide bonds.

Each bond joins two amino acids and releases one molecule of water.

Small chains. Precise sequences.

GHK-Cu: glycine, histidine and lysine, bound to copper.

GlyG HisH LysK Cu²⁺

What each peptide targets

The receptor or pathway each one acts on, and what researchers study it for.

  1. Metabolic

    Retatrutide

Triple agonist · 39 amino acids

    Targets
Three hormone receptors at once: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon.
    Studied for
How combined incretin and glucagon signalling affects appetite regulation, energy expenditure, and glucose and fat metabolism. It has been studied in clinical trials in obesity and type 2 diabetes.
  2. Metabolic

    Tirzepatide

Dual agonist · 39 amino acids

    Targets
Two incretin receptors: GIP and GLP-1.
    Studied for
Blood-glucose control and body-weight regulation. It is one of the most widely studied incretin peptides, with large clinical trial programmes in type 2 diabetes and obesity.
  3. Metabolic

    MOTS-c

    Mitochondrial-derived peptide · 16 amino acids

    Targets
The AMPK energy-sensing pathway. MOTS-c is encoded in mitochondrial DNA and moves to the cell nucleus under metabolic stress.
    Studied for
Insulin sensitivity, exercise capacity and metabolic ageing, mostly in cell and animal studies.
  4. Endocrine

    Tesamorelin

GHRH analogue · 44 amino acids

    Targets
The growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) receptor in the pituitary, which triggers the body's own pulsed release of growth hormone.
    Studied for
The growth-hormone axis and visceral (abdominal) fat. Its best-known research area is fat build-up linked to HIV treatment.
  5. Endocrine

    CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

    GHRH analogue + ghrelin-receptor agonist · 29 + 5 amino acids

    Targets
Two routes to growth-hormone release: CJC-1295 acts on the GHRH receptor, and ipamorelin selectively on the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a).
    Studied for
How stimulating both pathways together shapes growth-hormone pulses, in endocrine research on the growth-hormone axis.
  6. Skin

    GHK-Cu

Copper tripeptide · 3 amino acids

    Targets
Copper(II) ions, which it binds tightly. GHK occurs naturally in human plasma, and its level falls with age.
    Studied for
Skin and connective-tissue remodelling: collagen and elastin production, wound healing and gene-expression studies. It is also widely used in cosmetic skincare research.
  7. Supplies

    Bacteriostatic water

Sterile water + 0.9% benzyl alcohol

    Used for
Reconstituting lyophilised peptides in the lab. The benzyl alcohol stops bacteria growing, so one vial can be drawn from more than once. It isn't a peptide.
